Len is an Ace Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong commitment to fitness.  With over 30 years of experience in endurance sports, and currently a competitive runner, Len has a deep understanding of what it takes to build power, stamina, and resilience in demanding outdoor sports.  His hands-on expertise spans numerous running, cycling, and duathlon races, making him uniquely equipped to guide athletes toward peak performance.

 

Len's INFINITIVE is To Experience.  He believes that everyday is a chance to learn and experience something new, good or bad. It does not have to be some grand event. All the small experiences we encounter each day helps to shape us.

 

Len’s expertise extends beyond personal training; he is also a UESCA Running Coach and holds a RunDNA Level 1 Gait Analysis certification. Additionally, Len has represented the Mountain Peak Fitness/Red Newt Racing Trail Running Team as well as participated in many major races including both the NYC and Boston Marathons.
